BY BOOKING WITH JOVISUALS YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR POLICIES.

Booking & Payment Policy:

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Your deposit can be made in the form of Paypal or Zelle. The payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of Jovisuals policies. Funds are non refundable after full service is rendered.

Image Policy:

Image proofs are returned to client within 1-4 days from when they are taken. Turnaround time for edited images are  7-20  business days from when the client selects images to be edited. 

Traveling Fee:

Transportation fee is required for sessions that are 30-100 miles outside of Newark and $2/per mile for sessions that are 100+ miles outside of Delaware . Please email Prior to booking if this will apply to your session.

Late Policies:

30 minute grace period then the session is subject to cancellation or a reduced time.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to make your session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Jovisuals cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualties, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Jovisuals fails for any other reason, Jovisuals shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

Model Release Policy:

The client hereby assigns Jovisuals the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction and to copyright the same without restriction. The client releases all claim to profits that may arise from the use of images.
